You’ll probably notice that the option to ship directly from the manufacturer is waaaay cheaper! Yes, this is our most popular option by far as it saves on both time and money especially for buyers based outside the UK.
What is Drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is when we ship your order directly from our trusted suppliers. Our suppliers will handle the packaging and shipping as per our instruction.
How does Drop Shipping work?
When you place your order, instead of Shipping from our stock in the UK, our contracted supplier will ship with the fastest shipping method possible directly from the factory and this cuts certain costs on our end, which allows us to offer you the low prices you see on the site!
Which Shipping Methods are used?
So good news! For the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe, we are mostly able to Drop Ship via DHL, Fedex, DPEX. This is especially for human hair wigs and bundle sets. Lower value products such as heat resistant wigs will be shipped with a slower, standard method of shipping, +/-3 weeks , but the package will still arrive 😉
What can we guarantee our clients?

• We will provide you with a tracking number.
• We will stay in contact with you on any of our social media platforms until you receive the package.
